Finding a Dentist Job
There is never a fee for you as the job seeker. Your job search is completely confidential. There is zero pressure to accept a job you don't want.
Selling a dental office
We have a large network of individual dentists and groups that are seeking to buy into or buy an office. We are not a broker and therefore won't ask to list your office. If you would like to see if we have a potential buyer for your office, please contact us for a confidential conversation.
Buying a dental office
We are constantly networking with thousands of dental offices throughout the country. Many times we can find offices that are not listed with a broker. If you would like to see if we can find you a practice to buy into or buy, please contact us for a confidential conversation.

No. It doesn’t cost you anything. The dental offices that are seeking to hire a dentist, pay our fee.
Yes. We will always call you first, to speak with you about the dental offices that we are working with. Then you can tell us if you would like us to introduce you to them or not.
We work with both, private offices and dental service organizations.
Yes, you can but keep in mind that there are many offices that we work with that do not advertise their positions. This can be due to confidentiality or other reasons.
Practice Questions
No we do not charge anything unless we find you a dentist that you like and decide to hire.
We pride ourselves in being very fair and reasonable in our pricing, but we would first need to ask you some questions before sending you an estimate.
Yes we offer a payment plan over several months. This way we can be sure it is the right match for both the office and the associate, before any payment is due.
Yes, you may. We do not ask for an exclusive agreement. We don’t feel those are in our customer’s best interest.
